Problem 1: iPhone Screen Recording no Sound

Method 1. Make Sure your Microphone is Turned on
Audio will only be saved in the videos if you have your microphone turned on. Here’s how to turn your microphone on from Control Centre:
Open the Control Centre.
Find the Screen Record icon.
Long hold on the icon till it pops up the options.
Press Microphone Audio in the pop-up. The gray icon should turn red to signify that you've turned on the microphone.
If the microphone was already on, you can turn it off and then on again to fix the issue.
Method 2. Restart Your Device
If the above method did not work you can try restarting your device. Usually a simple restart can fix most of the minor issue. To do this, you just need to press the power button and till you see the slider appears. Drag the slide to turn off your iPad. If you are using iPhone XS/XR/X/8 series, you will need to press either volume button along with the side button. Wait for a while and start your device again. Now you can perform a screen recoding to check if the problem is resolved.
Method 3. Reset All Settings
Resetting your device to factory settings may fix the no sound issue you’re facing. To reset your device’s settings, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Method 4. Restore your device using iTunes
In most cases a software restore fixes the issue, but you should pay attention that it may factory reset your device, so better to make a backup in advance. To restore your device using iTunes follow these steps:
Open iTunes on a PC that you have synced with.
Connect your device to the PC via a USB cable.
Select your device when it appears in iTunes.
Choose Restore iPhone and wait for the process to finish.
